Learning by doing
Role-play places participants in scenarios close to their professional reality. Rather than listening to a theoretical lecture, they live the situation, make decisions and observe the impact of their behaviour. This immersion accelerates learning and supports lasting embedding of skills.
With or without a professional actor
Depending on the level of difficulty and the audience, exercises are played between participants or with an actor trained in managerial dynamics. The actor adapts their reactions in real time, making it possible to practise high-stakes conversations: realignment, negotiation, confrontation and conflict management.
Immediate, targeted feedback
Every role-play is followed by a structured debrief. The trainer and peers highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement and suggest concrete alternatives. This real-time feedback turns each exercise into a lever for progress.
