Registration open: Uncertainty and leadership in times of crisis — 25–27 August 2026
In a world where volatility is constant and certainty rare, leadership demands more than strategy alone. It demands clarity, coherence and embodied presence.
After the success of the first cohort, we are delighted to announce the opening of the second edition of the Chaos & Crisis Leadership programme, taking place on 25, 26 and 27 August 2026.
A leadership experience for uncertain times
This immersive three-day journey is designed for leaders, executives and transformation practitioners facing:
- systemic uncertainty
- cultural tensions
- strategic ambiguity
- decision-making under pressure
Rather than learning to « control the chaos », this programme develops the capacity to remain a point of clarity within it.
The result: solutions that are strong on substance but insufficiently embraced. Or initiatives that drain energy without lasting impact.
What makes this programme unique
An integral framework: WE – I – IT
Leadership is explored simultaneously across three dimensions:
- I – Inner posture and self-regulation
- WE – Relational and collective dynamics
- IT – Systems, strategy and structures
The 7 Islands map
Participants work with our exclusive systemic map — a symbolic geography that helps to understand where energy flows, where it gets stuck and how teams navigate uncertainty.
The map doesn't diagnose.
It orients.
An encounter with a living system
At the heart of the programme is a 2.5-hour equine-coaching session.
By working with the horse — a non-hierarchical, non-judgemental living system — participants receive immediate feedback on their presence, coherence and leadership posture.
In this space, leadership isn't declared.
It's embodied.
A programme that endures
The journey doesn't end after three days:
- Each participant writes a letter to themselves
- The letter is sent six months later
- Monthly reminders and micro-actions support integration
Because leadership isn't a moment.
It's a trajectory.
Throughout the three days, an exclusive resident chef will offer refined, attentive cuisine designed to support concentration, presence and dialogue.
