We designed and ran « Trust Under Construction », an immersive half-day workshop that blends understanding, co-creation and collective commitment.

Workshop structure:

  • Introduction & ice-breaker (30 min): what trust really means within a team
  • Trust dispersion concept (30 min): how trust is built and how it erodes
  • Co-creation lab (90–105 min): designing concrete tools using the « How Might We? » method
  • Closing & commitments (30 min): personal and collective commitments + sustainability plan
