Three days to go further, together

The three partners — Johan, Guillaume, Nicolas — and Anne kicked things off. A day among partners to reconnect and go deep. A rare and precious moment, away from the daily grind.

The heat forced us to rethink our plans and change location — which turned out to be an excellent call. We switched Roosteren for Weert and landed at the Hostellerie Munten, a stunning setting we absolutely loved.

Kasia joined us to facilitate the day with flair. The partners worked on what matters most: strategic direction, offer, visibility, governance. The throughline? Start less, finish more — and make the work visible.

In the evening, the frontrunners joined the party at Munten.

Claire, Serge, Maryline and Hugo brought energy and enthusiasm to a packed, hands-on day: co-builder mindset, collective construction of the commercial model, and a deep dive into "sell the problem, not the product." Patrice and Amina were unfortunately unable to join and were very much missed.
