Rudi Baert

In 1997, Rudi founded Learning & Asset Development and, with empathy, entrepreneurial spirit and an open mind, built a company that guides organisations through change. For almost three decades, he was the driving force behind our approach — as Managing Director, senior consultant, change agent, coach and trainer in the Benelux and France. In 2024, Rudi retired. As a Founding Father, he remains forever connected to LEAD and our team.

I believe that people show their strength through their uniqueness and their diversity. That people who know what they want  and manage to tune their needs to the requirements of the organisation they work for, create a priceless positive energy.

Therefore, improving company performance can never be the only result of an external intervention, a miracle cure or a flavour-of-the-month theory, but will be achieved by the people in that company and their capacity to cope with everything life throws them.
