Maryline De Beukelaer
For nearly ten years, I have been supporting executives, managers, teams and organisations through their professional and personal transitions. Trained as a clinical sociologist, I combine approaches from neuro-linguistic programming, sociology of work and organisational sociology to shed light on individual and collective dynamics.
My experience is rooted in individual coaching, management training and team facilitation in the context of organisational change.
My practice is based on five levels of analysis: the individual (perspective and subjective experience), relationships (communication and interactions), the group (roles, leadership, regulation, cooperation), the structure (frameworks, processes, rules) and the culture (organisational values and rituals).
I also explore the links between these five levels, to understand how organisational, relational and individual dynamics influence one another.
This systemic approach enables us to combine in-depth understanding with concrete actions.
My vision
I don’t believe that change is a project. I believe that change is a human experience. My vision is to help organisations create the conditions that enable individuals to take ownership of projects, express themselves clearly and collaborate maturely, even when the context is complex. My approach combines in-depth expertise in human resources with coaching and facilitation: it is pragmatic, practical and focused on the real dynamics within teams. Because when trust, active listening and collective intelligence become habits, organisations stop ‘managing change’ and start evolving with confidence.
