Leadership and change require courage. True change does not come from control or more procedures, but from connection: with oneself, one’s team and the wider whole. Leadership today requires you to dare to endure the tensions inherent in growth. It requires you to remain present, even when old patterns provoke resistance. It demands leaders who create a sense of security, not by having all the answers, but by providing direction, inviting change and making room for honest discussions. In this way, change does not become an imposed process, but a shared, supported and sustainable journey.
