Over verandering
“Panta rhei”… alles stroomt, alles is in beweging. Een uitspraak toegeschreven aan Heraclitus. In onze hedendaagse organisaties is ze meer dan ooit van toepassing. Veranderingen volgen mekaar steeds sneller op. Soms zijn ze heel ingrijpend, (fusies, overnames, herstructureringen, saneringen, …) soms zijn ze misleidend onschuldig (nieuwe baas, nieuwe informatica, andere manier van werken, verhuis, thuiswerk, leanmanagement,…).
In onze praktijk stellen wij vast dat ong. 2/3 van de veranderingen flagrant mislukken of in ieder geval veel langer duren eer het gewenste resultaat wordt bereikt. De directe en indirecte bedrijfseconomische kost – of maatschappelijke kost als het de overheid betreft – is niet te becijferen maar meer dan waarschijnlijk enorm.
De reden van dat falen is, bijna altijd het flagrant verwaarlozen van de “Human Factor”. De impact op de mensen die de verandering moeten uitvoeren of er mee te maken krijgen wordt, zelfs voor ogenschijnlijk mineure verandering, schromelijk onderschat.
L&AD zorgt ervoor dat uw gebudgetteerde investering voor de verandering onder controle is en blijft.
Hoe faciliteren wij uw verandering?
Omdat elke organisatie anders is en elke verandering eveneens, ontwerpen wij een projectplan op maat. Dat wordt vooraf met u besproken en regelmatig afgetoetst tijdens de uitvoering. U leest er meer over verder op deze site bij “werkwijze”.
