In a world where volatility is constant and certainty is scarce, leadership requires more than strategy. It requires clarity, coherence and embodied presence.
Following the success of the first cohort, we are pleased to announce the opening of Session #2 of Chaos & Crisis Leadership, which will take place on 27–28–29 August 2026.
A Leadership Experience for Uncertain Times
This three-day immersive journey is designed for senior leaders, executives and transformation actors navigating:
- Systemic uncertainty
- Cultural tension
- Strategic ambiguity
- Decision-making under pressure
Rather than offering tools to “control chaos,” this program develops the capacity to remain a point of clarity within it.
What Makes This Program Unique
An Integral Framework: WE – I – IT
Leadership is explored across three simultaneous dimensions:
- I – Inner posture and regulation
- WE – Relational and collective dynamics
- IT – Systems, strategy and structure
The 7 Islands Leadership Map
Participants work with our unique systemic map — a symbolic geography that helps leaders understand where energy flows, where it is blocked, and how teams move through uncertainty.
The map does not diagnose.
It orients.
A Live Encounter with a Living System
At the heart of the experience lies a 2.5-hour equine session.
Working alongside horses — non-judgmental, non-hierarchical living systems — participants encounter real-time feedback on presence, coherence and leadership posture.
In this space, leadership cannot be declared.
It must be embodied.
Designed for the Long Term
The program extends beyond the three days:
- Each participant writes a personal letter to themselves
- The letter is sent six months later
- Monthly reflection prompts and micro-actions sustain the transformation
Because leadership is not a moment.
It is a trajectory.
During the three days, an exclusive residential chef will craft refined, nourishing meals designed to sustain clarity, presence and meaningful dialogue.
